This article explores which constructs of the G2G approach have an impact on the level of implementation of digital government public policy. For the purpose of this study, it was limited to national level state entities in Colombia. The study used a quantitative cross-sectional approach with data taken from the Unique Progress Report Form of 147 national public entities subscribed to the executive branch. The study used partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that G2G planning, privacy and information security, and the participation of value groups had a positive impact on the implementation of government digital policy. However, there was not enough evidence to confirm the relationship between interoperability, the use of data analytics, and emerging technologies with the level of implementation of government digital policy.
