Abstract: This research article delves into the intricate relationship between big data utilisation, entrepreneurial orientation, and firm performance within the context of the Indian business landscape. As technology continues to evolve, the proliferation of big data presents both challenges and opportunities for firms seeking to gain a competitive edge. Through a comprehensive empirical study, this research aims to uncover the nuanced dynamics at play. Drawing on a sample of Indian firms across various industries, this study employs a quantitative analysis and qualitative insights. The findings of this study reveal a significant positive correlation between the extent of big data utilisation and firm performance. Moreover, the study identifies entrepreneurial orientation as a crucial moderator in this relationship, highlighting its role in amplifying the impact of big data on firm performance. In conclusion, this research contributes to both theoretical understanding and practical insights into the interplay of big data, entrepreneurial orientation, and firm performance in India.
