Abstract: In the context of rapid development of intelligent supply chain and e-commerce, enterprises are facing the constantly upgrading demand of consumers for fast delivery. This article innovatively explores the optimisation of single-level warehouse network configuration, with a focus on improving the efficiency and reliability of 'next day delivery' services. Through system modelling and the application of improved algorithms, this paper constructs a new mixed integer linear programming model that combines complex simulated annealing genetic algorithm. This research not only maximises the timeliness of B2C electronic product delivery, achieving a delivery rate of over 70%, but also minimises logistics costs. Through the verification of case data provided by the first 'JD Logistics Cup' competition, the optimised layout of the supply chain single-level warehouse network obtained in this article significantly shortens the delivery time of orders and ensures the achievement of the goal of 'reducing costs and increasing efficiency' for enterprises.
