Abstract: It is the usual policy of Inderscience to withdraw from publication any paper if, subsequent to publication, it is deemed to be of insufficient quality. Each case is judged on individual circumstances. In this case, the quality of writing and grammar was found to significantly impede the comprehension of the research, which makes the paper unsuitable for continued publication. This paper has therefore been withdrawn.
