Abstract: This study examines how green transformational leadership, green technological innovation, and green organisational citizenship behaviour influence sustainable corporate performance. The independent significance of these emerged factors has been validated, but their combined effects on sustainable performance have not been extensively studied before. Transformational leadership has become a crucial factor in promoting green innovation, which in turn plays a significant role in driving company performance sustainability. In addition, combining the organisational citizenship behaviour factor with the strategic implementation of the green innovation factor synergistically affects a company's overall performance sustainability. The target sample for this study was 60 MSMEs adeptly familiar with the intricacies of green business management practices. Computations of SmartPLS supported these factors' pivotal role in driving sustainable performance. These findings highlight the holistic benefits of integrating green practices into various dimensions of organisational operations, and can inform policymakers in developing strategies for gaining competitive advantage and enhancing SCP.
