Abstract: This study aims to investigate the moderating role of entrepreneurial orientation on the effect of knowledge management capabilities on organisational performance in Ethiopian manufacturing firms. In order to achieve the stated objectives, the study adopted an explanatory research design. Data were collected via structured questionnaires from medium and large manufacturing firms operating in Addis Ababa city administrations, and cities surrounding Addis Ababa, part of Ormia regional state, Ethiopia. The study applied multi-stage sampling to select the 247 firms. The collected data were analysed using a hierarchal regression model to test the hypothesis with the help of the SPSS version 23. The outcome of the study indicated that knowledge infrastructure capabilities, knowledge process capabilities, and entrepreneurial orientation have a significant positive effect on organisational performance. On the other hand, entrepreneurial orientation positively moderates the relationship between knowledge infrastructure capabilities, knowledge management process capabilities, and organisational performance.
