Abstract: The importance of photoelectric medical sensors in the medical field must be addressed, but the problems of low sensitivity, poor selectivity, and long response time must be solved urgently. This paper aims to improve the performance of photoelectric medical sensors through π-conjugated materials. The thiophene-pyrazine-benzene aromatic polymer TPDA was selected as the primary material, and the TPDA polymer was prepared by direct arylation coupling polymerisation. The experimental results show the sensor prepared from conjugated materials is significantly better than the other materials in selectivity and response time, showing higher selectivity and faster response speed. This study verifies the actual effect of conjugated materials in photomedicine sensors, provides new ideas for the development of new photomedicine sensors, reveals the mechanism of action of π-conjugated polymers in photomedicine sensors, and provides strong support for the design and performance optimisation of photomedicine sensors.
