Abstract: This study aims to explore the direct effect of supply chain collaboration (SCC) on new product performance (NPP), and investigates the mediating role of knowledge sharing (KS) and innovation capability (IC). A survey was developed to measure the study constructs and to test the proposed model. 285 managers of 24 Jordanian pharmaceutical manufacturing companies (JPMCs) were invited to fill the survey, an effective 216 responses out of 19 JPMCs were received and recovered, and the collected data were analysed using structural equation modelling (SEM) with AMOS-22 program. The study results showed that there is a significant effect of SCC on NPP, KS, and IC in JPMCs, besides a significant effect of KS on IC, as well as a significant mediating effect of IC in the relationship between SCC and NPP. While, the obtained results showed that KS have neither a direct nor an indirect mediating effect on NPP.
