Abstract: Construction workers have a high rate of serious injuries and deaths due to dangerous working conditions. Understanding the Indicators Influencing Health and Safety in Construction (IIHSIC) may reduce construction dangers and occurrences. This analysis extracted 181 papers from SCOPUS. This study examined the literature to find the International Institute of High Scientific and Intellectual Capacities (IIHSIC). A VOSviewer is used for scientometric analysis and scientific mapping. An intensive review of the papers obtained allowed the current research to provide a complete qualitative discourse that neatly encompasses four unique clusters of words related to the issue under consideration. These clusters include organisational, behavioural, performance, and protective characteristics. These indicators provide stakeholders and policymakers a framework to improve on-site safety. These indicators help stakeholders and policymakers assess health and safety practises, identify areas for improvement, and execute targeted interventions to reduce risks and enhance workplace safety.
