Abstract: Developing sustainable materials for the textile industry is crucial to the world economy and environmental sustainability. Our paper investigates the potential of pineapple fibre as a sustainable material in the fashion and textile industry. The research analyses the market growth prospects of pineapple fibre, evaluates its strengths and weaknesses, and explores its role in advancing sustainable fashion. Data was collected from various sources, including industry reports and market analyses, to assess market trends, environmental impacts, and the adoption of sustainable materials. Our findings show the growth of sustainable materials outpaces traditional textiles, indicating a significant economic value. Our findings offer valuable insights for both business leaders and policymakers.
