Title: The application of image processing algorithm combining bilateral filtering in English online learning

Abstract: For image processing in online learning, the traditional image processing algorithm is difficult to remove the noise, keep the image boundary feature information problem, and at the same time, solve the problem that the traditional bilateral filter algorithm cannot remove the noise realise large scale image processing. Research is put forward based on the median filter to improve bilateral filter algorithm, build the fusion bilateral filter image processing algorithm. The performance validation of the algorithm shows that the peak SNR is 36.7 dB and structural similarity is 0.85, which are higher than the other contrast models. In summary, the results show that the image sharpness, fidelity and detail retention of the image processing algorithm are better than the traditional algorithm, which can be applied on the English online learning platform. In addition, because the algorithm has excellent performance in various fields, the research suggests that the research can be applied in medical image processing, industrial quality control or digital media processing.
