Abstract: This study explores the interrelationships among firm's organisational learning ambidexterity (OLA), innovation capability, and internationalisation. Despite growing interest in these concepts, there is still a gap in research focused on the critical role of OLA in nurturing innovation capability and facilitating firms' internationalisation. To bridge this gap, a robust three-phase systematic literature review (SLR) was employed. First, a typology-based literature review traced the evolution of OLA models. Subsequently, a comprehensive scoping review established the foundational principles and conceptual framework underpinning these key concepts and their interrelations. Rigorous qualitative content analysis was then performed to answer the research questions. The study culminated in the development and validation of a novel framework elucidating the interrelations among OLA, innovation capability, and internationalisation. The systematic, multi-stage review ensures a focused literature review, identifying the most pertinent publications and offering a holistic understanding of key concepts and their implications in the global arena.
