Abstract: Drawing upon social exchange theory, this study aims to investigate the influences of inclusive leadership on employee performance with the dual mediating role of perceived organisational support and eco-friendly behaviour in the healthcare sector. This quantitative study utilised a non-probability purposive sampling technique. Data was collected from 385 healthcare professionals from various hospitals and clinics using a structured questionnaire. The data analysis was conducted SPSS and Smart PLS 3.330. The results of the study highlight that inclusive leadership positively influences on employee performance. Additionally, POS and employee eco-friendly behaviour positively mediate the relationship between IL and EP. This research extends this line of reasoning by providing insights into which pathways inclusive leadership influences performance and presents the original mediator role mediated by eco-friendly behaviour. The findings of this study revealed that there are several avenues available to healthcare administrators in terms of inclusive leadership strategies where utilising them will enhance employee performance and those directed towards sustainability.
