Abstract: This study examines the role of knowledge sharing in achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs) and sustainability. We performed a systematic literature review comprising 22 articles. We adapted the PRISMA protocol and used the GRADE protocol to evaluate the quality of the articles. Knowledge sharing is one of knowledge management's processes, characterised by the mutual exchange of tacit and explicit knowledge between the various organisational actors, aiming to create more and better knowledge. Little literature exists on this relatively new theme. However, it is already possible to understand the positive and essential impact of knowledge sharing on the SDGs and sustainability. There are more frequent mentions of SDG 8 and SDG 9. We found that knowledge-sharing practices influence organisational sustainability. Replicating some of the reviewed studies on different regions/countries can diminish generalisation difficulties while adapting and thus implementing more knowledge-sharing practices.
