The study employs elbow technique to find the number of clusters and then latent Dirichlet allocation technique is utilised to identify the emerging themes in all the defined scenarios based on the tweets. The results of the study are expected to highlight major issues in Indian Railways during the tenure of above-mentioned ministers and how the government tackled the issues as evident from their tweets.
