Abstract: Integrity is a practice of maintaining appropriate ethical behaviour such as showing strong adherence to moral and ethical principles and values. A teacher is a noble profession that should portray the highest integrity and professionalism. Thus, integrity value must be infused into the curriculum of teacher's education. This study was conducted to identify the level of the integrity value among students in education's programs. This study utilised the survey method and was employed to 285 students in a Malaysian public university. The results showed that the students' knowledge and attitude towards integrity was at good and satisfactory levels. The majority of the respondents apprehend the integrity and work ethic through training and practice. There are no significant differences between male and female students in terms of knowledge and attitudes and professionalism. Thus, this study suggests that TVET teacher's program should not neglect the component of integrity in the development of TVET teacher's personality.
