Abstract: Over the last few decades, organisations have gained benefits through electronic human resource practices (e-HRM). However, sustainability of these e-HRM practices is still a big challenge for organisations as well as for e-HRM users. Therefore, current research develops an integrated research model with the help of adaptive structuration theory, ability enhancing, opportunity enhancing, motivation enhancing and e-HRM strength to investigate sustainable e-HRM system. The research framework is empirically tested with dataset of 390 responses collected from human resource managers. For factor analysis, the structural equation modelling (SEM) approach is employed. Findings of the empirical analysis revealed that sustainable e-HRM system is jointly measured by ability enhancing, opportunity enhancing, motivation enhancing, e-HRM strength and appropriation and revealed substantial variance R2 53.8% in sustainable e-HRM system. Practically, this research suggest that HR managers should pay attention on e-HRM user's ability enhancing, opportunity enhancing and motivation enhancing to develop sustainability of e-HRM system.
