Abstract: It is the usual policy of Inderscience to withdraw from publication any paper if subsequent to publication it becomes a matter of dispute about intellectual property, publishing ethics or legal issues. Each case is judged on individual circumstances. In this case, co-authors Isaac Tetteh Charnor and Evelyn Kukuwa Quartey developed the IJPM paper with substantial overlap with an earlier paper by the same authors, published in the Business Process Management Journal titled 'Electronic procurement adoption and procurement performance: does institutional quality matter?'. The IJPM paper has therefore been withdrawn from publication. Note there is no suggestion that the remaining co-authors were involved in any way.
