Abstract: In order to improve the degree of data sharing between enterprises and departments in the supply chain and strengthen the data access transparency and privacy protection ability, a hierarchical access control mechanism for supply chain data based on block chain is proposed. A multi-chain architecture for supply chain scenario is designed to realise the isolated storage of supply chain data and access control information. At the same time, a hierarchical access control model based on hierarchical attribute and block chain is proposed, and the realisation and deployment of smart contract are also presented. The experimental results show that the throughput of this mechanism is still above 90 tps and the average policy decision time cost is 26 ms. The proposed mechanism still has relatively stable performance under the condition of a large number of strategies and is feasible in the actual scenario of data access and sharing in the supply chain, it can improve the data utilisation efficiency of supply chain enterprises and provide assistance for their development.
