Our system allows users to handle large amount of data streaming in and adopt an appropriate course of action with a prediction model. Our system will assess incoming text (and audio input which can be converted to text by a speech to text conversion system) and evaluate the criticality (i.e., urgency) of the message based on user's historical data and preset configurations. Our system will evaluate the received 'request' and generate a score based on multiple parameters (such as geo, user history, time). Corresponding action will be initiated based on the score generated, and the action path preset in the configuration file.
