Abstract: The emergence of the Islamic banking system is to accommodate the demand of Muslims for financing that complies with their religious values. Islamic banking is important in the global economy because 34.8% of world population are Muslims. However, the market share of Islamic banks in Indonesia is still low. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assess the factors influencing Indonesian customers' acceptance of Islamic banking using the technology acceptance model. This study found that perceived usefulness and religiosity directly influences user acceptance. In addition, user acceptance is also indirectly influenced by perceived ease of use and trust.
