Abstract: Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the fastest growing industrial segments in the world. The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the financial performance and sustainability of MSMEs in emerging markets. The aim of this research is to evaluate the impact of technology-based financial services and access to finance of microbusiness in emerging markets. The study gathered information from 391 micro business owners in Tamil Nadu state's Vellore, Tiruvannamalai, Kanchipuram, and Tirupathur districts. The findings suggest that financial resource accessibility, access to the market, and adoption of digital tools and technologies are significant factors that affect the monetary sustainability of micro business. The findings suggest that microbusinesses should invest in digital tools, seek financial support, and improve their access to markets to enhance their financial performances and sustainability.
