Abstract: The prefix 'meta', transcendence of the word 'universe' and creates the hypothetical synthetic environment and results in the emergence of increasingly virtual worlds which is accessible via cryptocurrencies or NFTs and social networks. These, along with other technological and digital advancements, have contributed to the rise and extension of the virtual world. In addition to the above, the metaverse is a virtual universe that encompasses not only games such as Fortnite, Minecraft, and Roblox, modern technology, and mobile internet, but also marketing and finance. With the landslide development, the metaverse in India has raised multiple issues, what type of road map or a set of instructions, or supplementary devices are needed to enter to meet the requirement of the world of the future? Taking these issues into account, this article is encompassing the issues occurring in metaverse's application to the real world along with the Indian laws.
