Abstract: Supply chain performance predictions are often faced with situations of uncertainty, which means having certain potential risks. This paper describes an approach to predicting palm oil supply chain performance by exploiting potential operational risks. Future events have possible risks. The stages of the research include identifying sustainability indicators and formulating performance prediction procedures. This research is to include risk factors based on performance indicators. The prediction procedure implements non-numeric multi-criteria decision making. The ability of predictive procedures for a period.
