Abstract: The Ministry of Environment and Forestry has issued a regulation regarding an extended producer responsibility (EPR) roadmap to reduce plastic waste in Indonesia. This study aims to analyse the response of producers - in this case retailers, hotels, and restaurants - to this roadmap to reduce plastic waste in Bandung City. The efforts that can be taken by the retail sector in reducing the generation of plastic waste is to provide non-plastic shopping bags, apply plastic bags charge, sell products without packaging, containers that are easily decomposed by natural processes and do not use products from plastic materials. Meanwhile, from the hotel and restaurant industry, the efforts that can be made are to use products, products packaging that are easily decomposed by natural processes and which generate as little waste as possible.
