Abstract: The study aims to validate a model on transformational leadership (TL), psychological empowerment (PE), knowledge management (KM), and organisational learning (OL) among Indian IT professionals. This study also captures the moderating role of OL between PE, TL, and KM. For data analysis SPSS-22 and AMOS were used and moderation was examined using PROCESS macro given by Hayes. The sample of the study is 600 IT professionals in India. The study results suggest that PE on KM has a significant impact. TL on KM has a considerable effect. OL as a moderator has a significant impact on PE and KM only. Managers practicing TL in an organisation can avoid using the practice of OL. Literature has suggested that attributes of OL are embedded in the practices of TL itself. The study has investigated the moderating effect of OL practices.
