Abstract: In economies with energy deficits, the concept of optimal cost-effective installation of energy systems is critical. Installing photovoltaic (PV) systems, which may generate electricity from the sun's energy, is a possible solution. Nevertheless, the cost of energy generation and delivery is a significant issue in the adoption of PV systems, particularly in nations with energy shortages. This research emphasises the need of considering the levelised cost of electricity (LCOE) while installing PV systems in order to overcome this issue. Even in economies with energy deficits, the LCOE can be used to evaluate the most cost-effective and environmentally friendly choices for satisfying energy needs. This research concludes by emphasising the significance of considering LCOE when implementing PV systems in economies with energy deficits. It is possible to ensure that energy solutions are cost-effective, sustainable, and able to fulfil the rising energy demand in these economies by taking these steps.
