Abstract: For the remanufacturing of complex equipment, the construction duration is a major concern for managers. Considering the uncertainty of the processing cycle of remanufactured parts and the delivery cycle of customised parts, the price policy of the remanufacturer and the time decision of the supplier in the complex equipment remanufacturing supply chain are analysed by the Stackelberg game. Through the comparison between decentralised decision-making and centralised decision-making, it is evidenced that the simple instalment contract cannot realise the coordination of supply chain construction duration. Therefore, a joint contract combining instalment payment and delay penalty is proposed, and the conditions for realising supply chain coordination under this contract are analysed. It is found that when the proportion of the first payment and the required delivery time in the joint contract meets certain conditions, the time-based joint contract proposed in this paper has good coordination characteristics for supply chains with multiple time uncertainties.
