Abstract: This study aims to examine the impact of determinants on digital platform for disabled people and their satisfaction. Data was gathered from 215 disabled people in Vietnam, and structural equation analysis was used to test the relationship. The result reveals that people with disabilities need appropriate training, technology, and governance mechanisms to be able to access digital platforms and be satisfied with working. Out of three factors, governance mechanism is found to be the key determinant impacting digital platform implementation and job satisfaction of disabled persons. Meanwhile, technology has a direct positive influence on building digital platforms but has an indirect impact on job satisfaction.
