Abstract: The current state of development of society and government institutions in the field of information space use directly affects socio-political stability in state administration. The purpose of writing this paper is to study the level of information support for the activities of institutions, which is due to the introduction of e-governance and its improvement for a full-fledged functioning of state authorities. For this scientific work, the methods of logical analysis, the method of content analysis, the method of comparative analysis, the method of deduction, the method of analysis of scientific literature, as well as the economic and statistical method of analysis were used. The result of this study is the developing and implementing methods that will speed up and make more efficient the process of information support for institutions, improve the skills of civil servants in the field of information technology.
