This is an empirical investigation, and a sample of 200 job aspirants form the National Capital Region (Gurugram, Delhi, Noida) was taken. An independent-sample t-test was used to compare the identified factors of e-recruitment practices on the basis of gender. The study identified five factors named perceived usefulness, performance expectancy, perceived privacy risk, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment significant among job aspirants during e-recruitment practices. Performance expectancy factor was found to be the most contributing factor that influences the perception of job aspirants towards e-recruitment practices.
