Abstract: This research paper explores the integration of blockchain technology with supply chain management (SCM) and internet of things (IoT) devices to create a decentralised SCM system with faster and cheaper on-chain transactions using IOTA distributed ledger technology (DLT). The paper covers various application domains, addresses challenges SCM faces, proposes a framework for integrating SCM with IoT architecture, and presents a model for decentralising SCM. Additionally, it discusses a model to enhance security for IoT devices using blockchain. The paper concludes by examining the challenges encountered during the implementation of the proposed model. Overall, this study aims to enhance data collection, security, and efficiency within the supply chain by leveraging the potential of IoT and blockchain technologies.
