Abstract: The ability of logistics firms to implement knowledge management strategies depends on how their employees intend to share knowledge within the organisation. Intentions to share knowledge can be influenced by HRM practices and organisational identification (OI). Therefore, this study investigated 206 employees in logistics firms to explore the relationship between HRM practices, OI, fairness, and knowledge-sharing (KS) intentions. The results show that: 1) there is a positive relationship between HRM practices and OI; 2) there is a positive relationship between HRM practices and KS intentions; 3) OI has a positive relationship with KS intentions; 4) OI has a fully mediating effect on the relationship between HRM practices and KS intentions; 5) organisational fairness does not moderate the relationship between HRM practices and OI. Based on the findings, the practical implications and academic significance were discussed, providing references for future research and practical applications.
