Abstract: The main objective of this research is to discuss the philosophical frameworks of how the risk approach to human resources management (RAHRM) may reduce the negative effects of non-compliance and unethical behaviour (NCWB). This enables us to conduct an applied study that may contribute to enhancing our knowledge about this possible relationship. The quantitative methodology is selected as a research design using a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. The main findings are that there is a significant correlation between the cost of non-compliance and unethical behaviour within the researched organisation. Likewise, the outcomes assured that there was a significant effect for RAHRM on NCWBs and unethical behaviour of human resources (UBHRs). The practical side of this investigation will use a set of global indicators that have already been applied in several developed countries in the field of HRM.
