Abstract: This article presents the impacts of market deregulation on enterprise organisational and business behaviours, and on consumers| satisfaction with quality of services. The Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient of concentration reveal high concentration of electricity suppliers and users in the industry. Electricity demands in time-series data are estimated. The efficiency of electricity distribution and consumers| satisfaction is analysed using multivariate factor analysis with data obtained from in-depth survey questionnaires between randomly selected electricity users. The impacts of changes in the dynamics of competition on management and organisational behaviours are found significant for quality of services, marketing and customer relationship management.
