Abstract: In order to overcome the problems of large transmission speed calculation accuracy and control error existing in the traditional transmission step response control method, a new convergent torque hydro mechanical transmission step response fuzzy PID control method is proposed in this paper. According to the relationship between speed and torque of each component, the torque convergence compensation equation of hydro mechanical transmission is constructed. According to the transmission compensation results, combined with the fuzzy PID control principle, the fuzzy reasoning algorithm is used to modify the fuzzy control parameters, to obtain the improved fuzzy control equation and complete the step response fuzzy PID control of torque hydraulic mechanical transmission. The experimental results show that this method can accurately calculate the transmission speed of torque hydraulic machinery, and has lower control error, and the average control error is only 0.033.
