Abstract: The paper presents a comparative study of lifting, installation and operation condition of subsea manifold with Mudmat structure using Bentley SACS Software v14.1. The results are evaluated and compared in the form of member and plate member unity checks, principal stress, bending stress, Von Mises and displacement, along with critical locations of the manifold structure elements. As a comparison, the result of the study shows that the lifting analysis found to be critical analysis for members and operation analysis found to be critical analysis for plates. Also, the critical location of the manifold structural elements is identified as column based on comparative study during lifting, installation and operation condition.
