Abstract: The contemporary era has observed expeditious and astounding transitions, mainly from doing business to technological advances. Manufacturing industries have tried to adopt a new concept change, i.e., Industry 4.0, where scientific myths have become a scientific reality, and the primary catalyst is technological convergence. Therefore ensuring that every technical development meets and improves everything is an excellent chance for almost all. The research intends to examine the status of the adoption of Industry 4.0 in manufacturing industries by taking into account its key technologies in the Indian scenario sense. In this paper, a survey has been presented about the status of innovative Industry 4.0 technologies and its enabling factors, quantified in recognition of their number of appearances in manufacturing industries. The findings indicated the correlation among the key technologies and enabling factors to ensure the readiness of Industry 4.0 in manufacturing industries. This research indicates the requirement of implementing the principles of Industry 4.0 throughout the existing systems of manufacturing.
