Abstract: This study aimed to understand the relationship between supply chain innovation (SCI), big data analytical capabilities (BDACs), customer readiness (CR), and supply chain resilience (SCR) on digital supply chain (DSC) performance. A quantitative survey-based approach was used to collect responses from 340 participants and using structure equation modelling (SEM) through smart PLS software, the data were analysed. We found that all of the enablers had a positive effect on DSC performance directly and then through the SCR as a mediation enabler. The study also contributed to the existing literature by demonstrating SCR's mediating role between SCI, CR, BDAC, and DSC performance. The implications and potential areas for future research were also discussed.

Keywords: big data analytics capabilities; SC innovation; SC resilience; digital SC performance.
