Abstract: Using the concept of psychological empowerment and moderation of organisational learning culture, this study examined how inclusive and transformational leadership affect the employee's creativity in Pakistan's real estate sector. Using convenience sampling technique, a sample size of 250 was taken cross-sectionally. A total of 74% (185) employees responded to our research. Despite the fact employees might perceive themselves to be in a better position than their co-workers, inclusive leadership had no effect on employees' individual creativity. However, transformational leadership was found to positively affect individual creativity. Further, mediation of psychological empowerment was found to be significant and moderation of organisational learning culture was found to be insignificant. This research has both theoretical and practical implications with some limitations and recommendations for future researchers.
