Abstract: The present paper analyses a dual channel model for two-echelon supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer for a single product. The retailer used traditional retail channel whereas the manufacturer used e-tail channel as well as retail channel to boost the sale of products. The manufacturer exhibits corporate social responsibility beside online channel. The model is developed considering stochastic demand to optimise the sales price and stock level for both e-tail and retail channels to determine the total profit.

Keywords: corporate social responsibility; CSR; two-echelon supply chain; stochastic and price-dependent demand; retail and e-tail channel; shortage.
