Abstract: This paper explores the qualitative research and documentary research method (DSM) and aims to provide a general understanding of Thailand's social enterprises' characteristics, which were featured in three case studies of Thailand's social enterprises (FARMTO, SINGHA PARK, and LOCAL ALIKE). With the research case study, this article has no commercial benefits. In recent years, although several business management research scholars have discussed the importance of the value chain concept, this concept has had little attention in Thailand's social enterprises compared to other concepts. Then we implemented Porter's value chain concept analysis to provide a suggestion for the featured social enterprises with the activities to improve the business. A total of three interviews and participant observations were conducted with members of social enterprises in Thailand. This study can develop Thai social enterprise and agricultural social enterprise.
