Title: Human rights mechanism: a theoretical perspective

Abstract: Present article is an attempt to understand the process of individual realisation, social recognition, legal codification and political enforcement of human rights through the systems approach. The study implies that the process of social composition and political construction of human rights can be referred to as human rights mechanism. In the article, various processing units of the human rights mechanism, its operating structures and their functions are defined and explicated. Along with this, the article also explains the energy setting the mechanism in motion, besides interpreting the objectives of the mechanism and the capacity as well as conflicts of the mechanism to achieve the objective.
