Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low accuracy of detection results, slow detection speed and unable to effectively detect the purity of large quantities of drugs in traditional methods, a pharmaceutical purity detection method of polymer biomaterials is proposed. According to the basic procedure of pharmaceutical purity detection of biomaterials, the drug purity is detected by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), the drug purity is obtained; RFID technology is used to detect the purity of drug filling, and each link of drug filling is detected through the monitoring layer, detection layer and tracking layer; The clustering algorithm is used to transform the detection result data to form the detection report. The experimental results show that the accuracy of detection results of the method of this paper is higher than 85%, the detection time is always lower than 2.0s, and can detect the purity of more than 90 kinds of drugs.
