The result shows the positive impact of Six Sigma integration on the company process; illustrated by the cut of non-quality costs, the waste of time and rework which leads to an improvement of product quality and boost of company incomes. Furthermore, this study enhances the research theory of Six Sigma due to the real case study outlining the DMAIC integration.
