Abstract: The manufacturing sector is one of the hardest-hit segments from the COVID-19 pandemic. The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and limitations on commercial activities, mobility, and the manufacturing sector has been shaken deeply. COVID-19 is both public health crisis and an economic crisis. This crisis's financial and economic effects are different from the previous ones. Production levels had already fallen before the COVID-19 pandemic; therefore, they were caught unprepared for economic growth. The impact of the COVID-19 on the manufacturing sector is long-term and far-reaching. In this study, the Samsun Central Organized Industrial Zone services are examined to analyse the effect of the global outbreak on the manufacturing sector.
