Abstract: The faculties are the architects of the future of a country as they shape human beings. So, it becomes very necessary that the faculties must be satisfied with their job, only then they can give their full performance. But unfortunately, it has been found that some of the faculties are facing the problem of job burnout. The aim of this study is classified into two parts. Firstly, the study determines the correlation of job satisfaction and factors of job burnout among faculties of business school in Delhi. After that, determine the association of factors of job burnout and organisational factors has been determined. Fifty faculties of business school in Delhi participated in the survey. The study concludes that faculties have a high degree of job satisfaction and a low degree of job burnout. The study also confirmed the association of job satisfaction, internal factors of organisation and job burnout.
