Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of information technology resources on the financial performance of the stock exchange organisation considering the moderator role of human capital. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire, which was used for codifying, library and field studies. To measure IT resources, the dimensions of infrastructure resources, human resources and communication resources were used. The statistical population of this study is 108 senior managers and middle managers from eight information technology companies affiliated with the stock exchange organisation, and by using the Cochran sample size formula, 85 individuals are selected as the statistical samples. Sampling method was simple random. The results indicate the significant impact of IT resources and its dimensions on financial performance, while human capital also modifies the impact of IT resources on financial performance.
