Abstract: The classroom is the best place to learn and engage with the students. The innovative pedagogical interventions analyse children's physical and psychological wellbeing and influence their actions to highlight the effect of the classroom environment from the obfuscation of other teaching-learning practices. The present scenario impels educators to reinvent the role of classrooms as a learning environment. This research is based on the assessment of a child's creative thinking abilities using focus group discussions of 144 primary school students of the Rajshahi district of Bangladesh. The study reveals significant changes in the behaviour and attitude of the teacher's ability to engage with the students and the student's attitude towards learning. Moreover, the children showed increased participation when they were encouraged to learn within the classroom and by using quick iterations along with an agile approach of design thinking, the classrooms evolved to provide a better environment for young learners.
