Abstract: In the past few years, increasing demand for industrialisation, awareness of customer about environmental impact, and regulatory pressures, are pressurising manufacturing companies to adopt a proactive approach to improve environmental performance along with business advantages; therefore requiring effective ways to implement green practices in manufacturing companies. In the present work, green practices and their links to the firm performances have been identified through the literature review and expert's opinion. Moreover, in this work Trapezoid Fuzzy DEMATEL method has been used to analyse the interrelationship among green practices and firm performances. The fuzzy set is used to express the uncertain and linguistic opinion of experts, whereas DEMATEL is used to determine the influential and influenced criterion (green practices and performance). This study results reveal that the implementation of green practices influences the firm performances.
